I work with you to best understand and meet your needs, and then I work for you to advocate, negotiate, and ensure that your house can be most effectively sold at a maximum value, in a timely manner.
Steps when selling your home:
- You are interested in selling your home, so you decide to contact me (Great decision!)
- I will come to see your home.
- I will provide a comparable market analysis (CMA).
- CMAs help us understand what similar homes may be listed and selling for.
- I will quantify what adds value to your home and what doesn't.
- This helps us determine the best price for your home and whether any upgrades would be beneficial.
- I will set up a staging consultation.
- We want to ensure your property is looking its best in pictures and for viewings by potential buyers.
- We may take measurements, photos, and videos of your home.
- I will organize open house(s) - this is an optional step.
- I will market your property to other realtors.
- Finally, I will navigate you through the steps involved with offers and the final sale.
Throughout the process, I will advocate for your best price.
Ultimately, my role is to represent you, and minimize the stress involved in selling a home. What sets me apart as a realtor is that I am always available, basically 24/7. Open communication is very important to me. Unlike some of the bigger realtor groups, I make time for you. When you call me, you talk to me, not an assistant.
